Freezer fan will not cut on. I noticed water coming from the drain underneath unit. I removed the inside panel at the bottom and in the rear of the unit. If you plug it back in, the compressor seems to come on and the coil or condenser behind the cover, will freeze over. But the fan will not come on. Any ideas? Thanks.

Check for 120 VAC to the fan motor while the compressor is running. If there is correct voltage, replace the fan motor.
