hello I have a ge arctica refrigerator and overnight both the freezer and refrigerator component stop cooling. Both are now at 67degrees. Did the compressor or motor go out? Help please.

Hi. I know you sent this over a year ago. I'm having the same exact problem. Any luck getting it fixed? What was the problem?
