My refrigerator and freezer are not getting cold. I can hear the motor running but the temperature inside both is 81. Can you please help? I bought it new 7 years ago.

You'll need to get to the back of the machine, remove the lower compartment cover and check the compressor, to see if it is running. (example only) Part number: AP3108704
I doubt it but you should also check the back wall of the freezer compartment for a large build up of ice or frost, indicating a defrost problem. Please include the model number of your refrigerator, so we can be more effective in assisting you. Thanks, :) :) :)
