Hello nessa1321. Check and make sure the fill tube is not frozen. If so, you will need to thaw it out. You will want to cycle the icemaker and see if there is voltage going to the water valve when the icemaker cycles. This will just be for a few seconds so watch the meter through the whole cycle. If there is voltage there, and the water does not come in, you will need to replace the water valve. You can test this with a multi-meter [AP3873826]. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
