Our dryer has been working without any problem until the other day when it all of a sudden just wouldn't start. I initially suspected the door switch had gone bad but I think I have eliminated that theory because I have taken the top off of the dryer and bypassed the switch with another wire and still can't get it to start, so I suspect that it's either the start switch or the timer. How do I determine if it's one of these at all and which one? Here is a direct link to a pic of the make a model plate on the front of the door facing. http://i197.photobucket..../aa147/Ten4T2/Maytag.jpg
