I have replaced both roller assemblies, and found a screw fell out of the heater housing which I replaced, but the squeal is just as load. is it the idler pulley or the bearings? What parts will I need?

Here is the parts breakdown
Model MDE9806AYW

Open it up and check the following for wear and/or slop
Idler wheel and shaft
Front glides Item 30 in Tumbler section (Kit-bearing)
Spin the motor to be sure the bearings are OK and that the blower is not rubbing on the housing.
