Fresh food setting is turned all the way down to one and it is freezing my foods. I also have the freezer side turned down to number two. Also the ice and water
dispenser does not work.In fact it makes no ice at all.

A cause of a such problem could be a bad damper control and/or a bad main control board. The main control board operates with all functions of your refrigerator and I would suspect this part first because of two separate problems: wrong temperature and not working dispenser. - The part number for the main control board is AP4297272 Gene.

You also may have a clogged condenser. If ok, measure the back freezer wall temperature and post.
