Joe,
I have been busy and didn't have time to replace the front right double burner. Last week I finally ordered AP4100557 because the serial # of my JES9900BAS was 10000421JA. When I tried to replace it, I realized that the part is different from the one inside my range.
If you look at the picture of AP4100557, there is a square plastic thing at the left end (at the end of the long white stick). Right above it, there are three thin metal prongs. And the lowest prong is directly connected to the metal inside the pastic square thing.
In my unit, the plastic square and three metal prongs are separated by about 3/4 inch, and the middle prong is connected to the square through a clothed wire. Is this AP4101729? Since this part has no picture, I'm not sure. I'll need to return this part and order a correct part.
Please help identify the part. Thank you.

Taeseop. Taeseop, Your JES9900BAS / 10 , does have the "Custom Control" burner switch and Dual burner, for the front right burner assembly, Correct ? Part number: AP4100557
( this burner, is the correct part needed for a "custom control" burner, it has the additional temp. sensor on the side opposite the burner sensor) The coated wire between the Burner Sensor and the Element terminal, has been replaced by a solid metal "tab" , so it won't be there, it's not needed. I have to admit, your description of your original burner, would lead me to believe you have the, Part number: AP4101729
But that burner is a "standard" radiant dual element (no "custom control" sensor) and should be the left rear burner on your range. If the right front burner switch looks similar to this switch, Part number: AP4369619
You've got a custom control burner If it looks like this switch, Part number: AP4097364
Then you'd have the "flex" infinite switch, and not the custom control burner. I think, this will help get you the correct burner, but drop us a line, if you need more information. :) :) :)

Yes, the switch is right and the dual burner has custom control. But the look was different around the square plastic and neighboring metal prongs. So, what you say is this will work although the wiring is a little different? Please look at the picture below, there is a big gap between prongs and the plastic square. As a matter of fact, my left rear dual burner has direct connection between the plastic square and the three prongs like the part I received. Taeseop. taeseoplim attached the following image(s):

As a matter of fact, my left rear dual burner has that kind of connection between the plastic square and the three prongs.
Taeseop. Great, then we do have the correct part. The easiest,best way to do this : Remove one wire at a time from the original burner. Install that wire on the same labelled terminal on the new burner(1A to 1A, 2A to 2A, etc.). The terminals on the new burner could have been reconfigured as well, and will create a problem if you go wire for wire location(sometimes). Good Luck, :) :) :)

The terminal labels, are molded into the sensor housing(square box) next to the brass terminal, that the wire is attached to, some are on the "top" of the housing, and some have them on the bottom. The custom sensor is pretty much"plug and play" as are the inner and outer element terminals, it's the burner sensor and the hot surface sensor switch, that we have to get right. Take your time and you'll do fine. :) :) :)

Okay. Now I've done it.
I tested the resistance.
#1 to #6 = 37ish
#1 to #5 = 42ish
#3 to #4 = 1100ish..
#5 to #6 = 72ish.
Then I switched two connections to the three prong thingie. Then it's like
#1 to #6 = 40ish
#1 to #5 = 35ish
#3 to #4 = 1100ish..
#5 to #6 = 72ish.
Then, this latter seems working, doesn't it?

Nope!
It worked partly. The big burner works, but when i try to use the small insider burner, it didn't light. It used to be the whole burner versus the small insider burner. Now its the whole burner versus the outside burner only. Is this the way it supposed to be?
Yeah, I think I have to switch back the wires to the three prong thingie, huh?
I switched them back, and it worked alright.
After so much trouble, learning, and work, I've finally done the job.

I have a similar problem with my Jenn-Air JES9900BAS. The right-front burner will not get hot (both inner and outer elements). Power light goes on properly. High temp light stays off. I ordered the infinite switch from appliancepartspros.com, however this did not resolve my issue. Do you have other suggestions or troubleshooting tips? I was not able to download the repair manual as I don't have an @appliancepartspros.com login. Thanks.
