in spin mode, makes a winding sound. in agitating mode, it does nothing. which part assemblies do i need

Hi.

check that you door is closing the lead switch.

if that is ok, check your coupling 1-5 years is probably broken.

If the lid switch is ok, I would check the water level switch, you will need a meter for this. Your timer is pretty reliable, but might be bad.
