I would check the timer connector plug for a loose pin, or burnt pins.

well now my washer fills with water goes through the wash cycle then stops. So i tried to change it to go to another washcycle which it did then i opened the lid and it stopped washing. Then i opened the lid all the way back and push it and the washer started again. So i don't know now.

You have a bad lid switch, just short it to verify.

so i need the lid switch or the lid switch bumper.

If the lid switch actuator is not damaged, just replace the switch.
