Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 6/6/2011(UTC) Posts: 2		The top plastic piece of the agitator is not engaged. It has "double roll over dual action PLUS" written on top. Below the round top with the writing the piece spirals down where it fits over the top of the main agitator, which is engaged and works. The top plastic piece of the agitator that fits over the bottom piece is loose and moves freely by hand in both directions . Is this proper operation or does it need to be repaired. K.
