Wash cycle runs however does not drain completely. Cleared debri from filter...etc. Can see water rush up through pipe when draining however does not drain completely. Leaving about 2 inches of water in bottom of washer once cycle is done. Do washers have water pumps? Thinking maybe this is what I need to replace. Please help!
