like its running. With every cycle change it makes a sound like it wants to kick on ,but doesn't. Also, the water doesn't drain out, I've done the baking soda and vinegar trick to no avail. Anything You Can Tell Me To Fix The Problem?

Leesa,

Most likely the problem is a bad (stock) pump. You can try to fix the old pump by installing the new impeller and seal kit or by replacing the whole pump & motor assembly. You can find much more useful information in one of our previous threads: http://forum.appliancepartspros...ter-flow.html#post368518

- The pump impeller and seal kit Part number: AP631386
Part number: AP631386

- The pump & motor assembly Part number: AP2616850
Part number: AP2616850
