I have a whirlpool le9520xtw1 dryer that doesnt dry the clothes. (No heat) I have ohms tested the heat element, thermal cut off fuse, non resettable thermal fuse, and all thermostats. They all have no resistance so i'm assumming they are good. The only one that shows open is the the high temp thermostat which i believe is #3 is the parts diagram. Any help getting my clothes dry would be greatly appreciated

If this thermostat is open then it is the culprit. It comes as a kit with the high limit thermostat (#15). They both have to be replaced. - The thermal cut-off kit Part number: AP3094224
