I have a GE side by side refrigerator that has been having freezer problems. Freezer fan will not spin. Would spin occasionally when manually hit, but now will not do anything. Repairman advised that it may be a main board problem. Have ordered new part from this site. Could this be the problem and is it an easy fix.

Thanks!

I would guess the fan motor, part #AP3191003.
you can check it for DC voltage to make sure.
