I just found this post while searching for some answers. I have had my frig for about 2 years and have many of the same syptoms as many who have previously posted, i.e., not cooling well, hot on the sides, clicking noise. Now I don't have any of the temperature diplays inside the frig and no cooling and a constant clicking noise. My Model number is PDS20MFSBCC and the motherboard is the same as previous boards seen: WR55X10416 (WKKT: 0158-06-03) Is this model / board covered for free? Thanks for your help.

I have a GSH25JSRF SS SN LH219840 with the clicking problem and was told by GE customer service that mine wasn't eligible for the replacement program. Is there a way to verify this. Also, the main board PN didn't come up on a search on this site to check prices. Can a price be sent to me at my email address lnewell@tltechdata.com. All help is appreciated.

Hi Larry, I'm not able to verify your eligibility for warranty on this part but I found the part number and price. - The part number for the main control board for your refrigerator is WR55X10552 which is APP item number AP3950129 and you can buy it for $95.88 Gene.

I have the same clicking and now it is non stop.
I probably need a new control board judging from what has been covered here.
SERIAL# FH045856 0 may be an o Model# GDS20KBSABB
I'd love to find out if I am covered and would like to know what control board Model # to purchase if I am not so I can search for it. A few pointers on revealing and installing the board would help as well as I am pretty handy just don't know how to get to it . It sounds pretty painless from the sound of the service call time spent.
Thanks for all your help with everyone and If it's not too much trouble i could use some too!
THANKS!

Should I replace only Main Control Board Assembly or is their more suggested part to be replaced with the Main Control Board Assembly???? I had a similar problem of clicking or popping sound coming from the refrigerator (Meytag 7 years old). I have unplugged and cleaned everything. When I plugged in the fridge again it is still warm inside but fan was working. The repair man changed the CAPACITATOR, and refrigerator works perfectly.

For a forum that is supposed to help and give advice you are in the wrong place. I guess if you post too late in a thread the "helpers" don't want to help anymore.
Boy, maybe we should start new threads by the hundreds about the same problem. I guess that's what is desired.
