I just bought a replacement spring for the door but I couldn't figure out how to put it back in. The door had 2 springs crisscross to each other, 1 spring still intact, trying to replace the other spring using the same way but I cannot put it in place, when I compared the broken one with the new one, it seems like having opposite angle, checked w/salesman saying there was only 1 part # for the spring (#4452398). So I dont know if the microwave actually has 2 different spring or I didn't know how to put it in, can someone help me out, picture will greatly help also, thanks

thanks, but my question is it seems like these 2 springs has different angle, thus I cannot put one in place, I can replace the other spring, but the one that broken is the one that has different angle and the diagram only shows 1 type of spring? any ideas?

Your information on replacing the springs was very helpfull. However I could only get one of the springs to fit. The other one seemed backward-even when I put it up to the one it was replacing it just didn't look like the bend went the correct way. Any advise?

What is the complete model number of the microwave and the part number of the door springs?
