I am trying to replace the inner door shelving on my freezer door. How do I get the gasket and old door shelving off. I can't tell if or where the screws are.

Here is the breakdown of your unit Model CTX21DIBRRAA if you look on page 7 that is your freezer door. There looks to be a horizontal & vertical retainer that hold the gasket on, after those come off you shouldsee the screws to change out the shelves.
