The touch control panel lock is on and the diswasher will not work. The instruction state to unlock the panel press the no try touch location and hold for 4 seconds to unlock. We have tried this severla times and without success. Is there any other method or way to unlock the control panel.

maybe its displaying a failure code and that is why it is locked out. Try this do a keypad dance similtaneously hi temp wash air dry hi temp wash air dry hi temp wash air dry press start then cancel see if it works if you d/w doesnt have those options iyt would be a diffewrent code Just a thought . You can also try killing the power to it for 30 secs or so
