Water runs in the washer, then the water stops before the washer is full.
There is a humming sound.
The wash starts to rinse before it washes.
The rinse stops.
Nothing else happens.
There is a constant humming noise.

Please help me in determining the problem so I can fix it.

the humming sound is the fill valve energizing, calling for water, double check your faucets to make sure one of them didn't accidently get turned off
