I have our dishwasher tore down to the pump volute and am trying to figure out how to take out the shaft that the chopper blade is attached to. I can't lift out the volute vertically untill the shaft is removed, any ideas. I thought there might be an obstrucktion underneath. The air gap is clear, no water at all in tube when washer put on drain cycle.

The model number you posted does not come up. It might be due to age of the dishwasher or if it's not an American model.

The first thing I would do is check resistance of the oven temperature probe.

The oven temperature probe

UserPostedImage

It suppose to be about 1100 Ohms at the room temperature.

If the reading is wrong then replace the oven temperature probe.

If the reading is correct then replace the Electronic Oven Control (EOC).

- The part number for the oven temperature probe is AP3363354

- The part number for the EOC is AP3677078

Thanks for replying, however, I did find a detailed view and parts list on this web site for the DW 960 B model. Jenn-Air
