I have a Crosley Refrigerator Model CT18AKXKQ01. It says it was build 06/06.
In the past few days the freezer has stopped being cold enough to freeze anything. Icecream is melting, and the meat is actually thawing out. However, it is constantly blowing air in the back, it's just not that cold.
The fridge part is warmer than usual as well.
I thought that it might be the relay from reading other posts, what do you think? I have also tried looking for diagrams but I can't seem to find one for this exact model to show me what the relay should look like. Any advice?

I'm sorry, the actual model is: Ct18GKXRQ01 but the other model number i have listed is the closest to what I can find on this website.
It does not show me a diagram picture with the relay.

I would check the freezer for a defrost problem. Remove the rear panel and see if there is a lot of ice on the coils. Will look and see if I can locate your model number

My Refrigerator Freezer Only Freeze On The Bottom Crust Ice And On The Top Not Freezing If I Descinnected Fur Three Days And I Plugge It Back Only Works For Few Hours And Freeze Again On The Bottom Of The Freezer

If I Unplug It For Few Days It Gets Desfrosted And Starting Working Fine For Few Days And The Bottom Of The Freezer Freeze Again And Top Not Freezing

I removed the back cover and sure enough there is plenty of ice on the coils and everything back there. Do i just need to let that thaw out? Thanks for your help.

Thindery,
look under the control panel in the refrigerator for the defrost timer, use a screw driver to advance the timer slowly unitl the unit turns off, if it doesn't turn off after a full turn that's your problem, if it does listen for the popping of the ice melting & cracking. If you don't hear or see the ice melting then proceed with further inspection.
If you have an ohm meter with the freezer cold test the defrost thermosat fr continuity while it's cold.
Let me know what you find

I am looking under the temperature control panel of the fridge but I don't see where putting the screwdriver in and turning will turn anything off. There are just two holes, one with an actual bolt in it; and the other hole has something plastic in it, with a shallow whole probably a cm in length.
Do I need to take off the whole plastic encasing that has the how cold thermometer on it?
