GE Profile Frig, Temp freezing food in frig and water dispenser not working

Hello, Having problems with GE Profile frig. My refrigerator is set to highest temp possible, but it maintains an internal temp of 32...freezing the food in the frig and not allowing the water dispenser to operate.
Everything I've read is pointing to replacing the damper assembly. Is this correct or do I need to replace the motherboard as well?
Thanks. Mike

Mike, It very possible that the problem is a bad damper control. You may want to take it apart and check the air gate. It is very common situation when it brakes. - The damper assembly Part number: AP3775595

Thanks Gene for your feedback/help. Will look today to verify that damper is not working and go from there.

Hello Gene, Hope all is well.
I have another issue with my frig. Water is accumulating on the frig side below the last drawer. It's running down the back of the inside of the frig. very slowly.
Read on some of these forums that it could be a clogged freezer drain.
Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks. Mike

Mike, A clogged drain will cause water in the freezer. So it does not explain water in the refrigerator part. Make sure the water tank (#810 on the diagram) is not leaking. Check the door seal and make sure the door is always closed properly. Opening the door too frequently can cause the condensation too. Gene.

Hello Gene, Thanks for that. Looking so far like a leak in the water tank. Will be tracing leak later today and let you know.
Thanks again for your advice. Much appreciated! Mike

Hello Gene, I did find a leak in the water tank and ordered a new part (#WR17X10734). The part comes with the water tubes inserted into the tank. They seem to be pretty secured to the tank...before I pull too hard on water tubes, can or should these be removed from water tank.
Trying to avoid replacing water lines and just replace the tank.
Thanks again. Mike
