Thanks Gene, I was looking at it the other day thinking to myself that it looks like a socket wrench could fit into it. I haven't tried it yet but I will let you know if it works. Thanks for getting back to me, Massager

Can you be more specific on the problem? What is the complete model number of the washer?

Gene.

The auger would not spin with the agitator.

Series 80 model 110. The top agitator and the bottom agitator don't spin together.

110 is not the model number. There suppose to be 7 or 8 more numbers after 110.

Things couldn't be any easier! After experiencing a similar problem, I went to the Internet expecting to spend at least an hour researching the problem and then finding the parts needed to fix it.

I googled "series 90 washer repair" and the first hit was this posting! I read Gene's response, clicked on the convenient link for the repair kit, ordered the part and kicked back waiting to get the parts in 5 to 7 days.

Well, the repair kit arrived less than two days later. Following Gene's instructions, it took me less than 3 minutes to replace the part and now the machine works just fine!

Yep... I wish everything was this easy! Thank you Gene!
