I'm gonna assume that W should be a V, so yes this board would be a free repair.

Well, seems that I'm not alone with the clicking problem....:o Glad I found this forum, was just getting ready to replace the evap and conds. fans since if I unplug the evap fan the clicking stops and everything seems to work ok. Was wondering if you could check to see if my fridge is covered?
Model PDS20SFSBLSS, Serial AL050380

Thanks!

I just came home to find my water dispenser works but not the ice dispenser. There is a clicking noise coming from the back of the unit and it seems to by surging, as I see the lights on the dispenser going dim/bright repeatedly.

My model # is GSH25JSRF-SS
Serial # DH256197
I was wondering if you could tell me if this would be covered by GE?

Thanks for the help!

abadfish-

Thanks you so much for your help. This is a wonderful site! I was wondering if there is a specific number at GE to call concerning this. I tried there customer service # earlier today, and the woman had no idea what I was talking about. She just wanted to keep telling me the only thing covered is the compressor.

Again thanks for taking the time to answer.

Your wasting your time, they don't have this info, they are simply a call center and do not work for GE, they just schedule service. I do have this info because I am a tech. Just call and set a service call. Thanks
