Several months ago we noticed that the refrigerator side was warm (55-60f). We pulled it out, thoroughly cleaned all coils underneath and behind. Still warm...thinking the fan might be caked with ice, we turned it off for a day, did an even more thorough cleaning and then turned it back on.
It worked great for about 2 mos. but yesterday the fridge was warm again. This time I emptied out the freezer and removed the panel on the back of the freezer. The coils looked fine, and the fan was blowing. There was no ice caked up anywhere.

I put it all back together and turned it on again. 24 hours later, the fridge is still at 60f (freezer is fine). What should our next step be?

After doing some research I'd say that you either have an air diffuser problem part #AP3046080 (on the upper left of the refrigerator should feel air flow thru there when fan in freezer is on if not then that's probably your bad part) or the freezer thermostat isn't working properly, part number AP2984389

If you can pull up the parts breakdown your model has an arm that opens the damper door. I will look it back up and let you know more. I looked it up on searspartsdirect, parts are cheaper here though if you need parts.
