My fridge runs too cold on both sides even tho conrols are on lowest (left) settings. I recieved erroneous advice to replace the cold control and the adaptive defrost control board. I replaced both and there's been no change. What now?

Hi, denman. Everything works well except that I must keep the controls way left (#1) in order to maintain nearly 0 deg/nearly freezing. I did notice on the old cold control a faint red mark on the ceramic portion near the connection tab. I switched the red and blue wires when I removed the new adaptive defrost board, just in case it mattered - but I don't expect any change. Carl
