Every few minutes I hear a click (I assume it is the compressor starter relay) and I have verified that the evaporator fan is running. The evaporator is not cool to the touch. The last time I had these symptoms the evaporator fan wasn’t running and the evaporator was chilling nicely. Is there anything other than the compressor (I am assuming its the compressor) that can cause this issue. I am making the assumption that the starter relay is good because I am hearing something click. I am also assuming that the control circuit it working because I assume it is sending the start signal to the relay. Any troubleshooting tips would be appreciated. Thanks

The lowest price I found was at appliancerepairparts.com.My total with shipping was only 44.00 bucks as opposed to 49.99 before shipping with Sears. Several other sites had the same part on an average of 53.00 before shipping.
