hi,
There is a access panel on the back of the machine to access the pump. Sounds like you have a bad pump or an obstruction.
I have this same model.

Thanks for quick reply. Is this something a novice can tackle or do you recommend a service tech? About how much should I expect to pay for pump replacement?

Yes it's actually not overly difficult the part number for a complete pump assembly is AP4044238. But I would check for an obstruction first. You'd be sureprised what can get into a pump. We've pulled class rings, bra underwires, socks, etc.
Hope that helps

Here's how simple it is....
Drain Pump Removal

1. Disconnect power supply to unit.
2. Remove Back Cover.
3. Remove clamp and Drain Hose.
4. Remove clamp and Pump Hose.
5. Remove wiring connector.
6. Remove three 13mm bolts securing Drain Pump to
base.
7. Remove screw securing Drain Pump to bracket.

Twist Drain Pump clockwise to remove.
Hope that helps
