On average, it takes 50 minutes from fill to refill under proper conditions, (freezer temp 0 dgrs and proper air flow in the freezer compartment). The cubes should be clear and solid, not hollow or appear to have layers. Also check for a proper door seal, and dispenser flapper seal, Have you checked and replaced your water system filter recently ? A slow fill, due to a clogged / dirty filter can delay the ice production as well. You may want to do these basic checks, and get back with us, so we have a better direction to take from here. :) :) :)

thanks I noticed that the temp is not very low and i can hear the freezer run a lot it dont think its the ice machine its just not cold enough Ive even turned it up all the way to 5

Always wait 24 hours between settings and adjust control 1 setting at a time,until you get to the reccomended temperature. Good Luck, :cool: :cool: :cool:
