Just follow the directions, step by step, on the tech sheet. No need to rush through it. What are you trying to diagnose?

I keep getting an F11 code. The washer will go through the complete cycle but will not spin the clothes out. Any ideas?? I see a lot of posts say it is in the motor control unit

It sounds like a motor drive control to me...does it happen regardless of which cycle it's in?

I'm really more familiar with Maytags; it's a fairy common failure on them. If it were a door lock problem, it wouldn't go through the cycle. It just may be a good idea to hire a pro for the diagnosis, given the replacement cost of the machine.

I would like to take a crack at it. It sounds like your pretty sure that the motor control unit is a good place to start. If that's doesn't fix it where would you look next ?? Thanks John

F1 usually refers to the main control board.
