My Fisher & Paykel washer model #GWL10US purchased in 2001 is not working. It will not fill or spin. It tries for a couple of seconds and repeats several times, then beeps every second with the lighting code as follows: _ _ G _ G _ Y R
I made sure the inlet screens on both cold and hot were clean. I also confirmed that the discharge hose was clear and inspected the diverter valve for debris. Please help, the clothes are piling up.

Fault code 43 refers to the out-of-balance switch. It's either stuck on, corroded/gone bad, or (less likely) the motor control board is bad.
