Washer filled with water, then stopped. Played with the timer knob and nothing happened. I unplugged the lid switch, then replugged. When I pulled the timer knob, washer started filling with water, but after a few seconds, the water stopped flowing, and the washer stopped operating again.
Appreciate any help.

I would start with the water level switch, it has 2 contacts 1 to stop the water and 1 to tell the washer to start washing. Click here: Water level switchHere are some instructions to help test it : TestThe switch may appear different but the procedures are the same. Check it out and let us know what you find.
