My washing machine will fill up with water and then agitate, but when it needs to start the spin cycle it shuts off. I also can't select just the spin cycle. If I do it will drain out some water and shut off. I had a repair person come out and he said it gave him an error code of 43. However, someone else said not necessarily is the first issue the correct one. Another told me there are 2 control boards and I need the motor control board. I don't want to buy the wrong part. Please help.
