With the temperature settings at factory recommendations, my vegetables in the crisper drawers are freezing. I've tried moving them to a different area and have adjusted the temp up and down, but they continue to freeze. It's just certain areas that seem to be getting too cold. I pulled the fridge out, vacuumed behind and underneath, cleaned the coils. Any suggestions. There's no much you can do with a frozen cucumber or lettuce.
Thanks, W Golding

Golding,

Is it only freezing in the crisper drawer ?

Not on the top shelf ?

What about the freezer temperature or articles in the freezer ?

At this point,

Check the bottom of the refrigerator door gasket for a tight seal to the cabinet flange.

Check all the shelves , make sure there is nothing hanging over the side edges or across the back of the shelves(trapping the cold air)

On the top shelf, make sure there's nothing in front of the damper assembly(rear center of ceiling, control panel) forcing or directing the air down the back wall of the refrigerator.

Do you have a thermometer, to check product temperature ?

Part number: AP3440446
Part number: AP3440446

You could adjust the control setting in the refrigerator warmer, one setting at a time(24 hours) until your satisfied with the performance.

Good Luck,
:) :) :)
