Does it show any error code?

Can you be more specific on the problem?

No, there isn't any error code. It looks like it always does when I turn it on. The door just won't lock so it will start.

On this model I have to hold the start button down about 3 seconds then the door locks and begins. But I hold it down...and nothing.

Most likely the problem is a bad control panel but there is a small chance that the CCU can be bad too.

In order to provide the right part number for the control panel I need the color of it.

It's white. Could it be a faulty door lock?

The CCU in your washer has a self diagnosis abilities and if there is something wrong with the door latch, it should show an error code on the display. Look for the tech sheet inside the control panel or behind the bottom panel.
