In order to move my washer where I can work on it, I need to first drain it... I'm guessing there has to be a way to bypass controls/switches (ie: with a jumper wire, etc) to start the drain process, is there?

By removing the drain hose from the drain stand pipe, and lowering it to a level below that of the water in the tub, a large portion of the water will siphon out.

So there's no way to start the pump/drain process manually to drain it normally? I need it to be empty in order to move it to drain it, lol

If you don't mind getting wet, you CAN tilt it back and dis-connect the larger of the hoses from the pump. That'll empty it really fast.
