I own a Duet and the moisture sensor is not working correctly. The error code reads 02. Can somebody please tell me what parts that I need to order to fix my problem?
Run Down! The loads dry but not fully. The vent is free and clear. The exterior exhaust is opening correctly. I ran the diagnosis and was supposed to get a reading of 03 but received an 02.
Thank you in advance for any help that you can give.

Thank you in advance for any help that you can give. US, I am not aware of a 02 or 03 as an error code on this unit, or as a test mode display. Here is the Technical Data Sheet for your unit (GGW9200LL1) http://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%208541834.pdfPlease re run the tests using this information And contact us if you need more assistance. Thanks, :) :) :)
