Estate washer will not spin/agitate on any cycle. It will fill with water, and drains fine on the spin cycle, but will not spin at all. The motor hums as if it is trying to work. Belt looks fine. Drum will spin by hand.

Sorry, the model number should be TAWS750PQ0.
Local repair shop wanted us to try to replace the agitator dogs first, but if that doesn't work, we'll try the motor coupling. Thanks!

As sidfink43 said, your washer is direct drive and it does not have any belts. The problem you described has nothing to do with the agitator dogs. Most likely the problem is a bad motor coupling. Remove the washer cabinet in inspect the motor coupling. - The motor coupling Part number: AP3963893
