My oven sometimes works good and sometimes not so good. The bottom element works great for a while and then when you are baking something you find that it is not cooked because the bottom element has quit working. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Is the oven gas or electric?

If it's gas then most likely the problem is a bad igniter.

The model number you posted does not come up and I'm not able to provide more accurate advise.

The model number you posted does not come up. This is probably not American model and, unfortunately I'm not able to find any information on-line.
