Lights work,both fans running.Refridgerator not cold.

Check the compressor, if running, measure the freezer temperature and post.

When I plug it in temp was 80,I could hear the fans start.After a few minutes the compressor kicked on,let it run a while temp 78.I pulled the cover in back of frezer and the line was frosted up coil barely cool.

Does that mean a freon leak?

Without measuring the gage pressure of the compressor ports, it could be a bad compressor, or a refrigerant leak.
