no lights on panel. water in tub. seems like there is no power to it. I replaced panel a few months ago (Thanks Gene!). Cirvuit breaker in house is ok.

The board did not come with anything else but the entire control board and wires. The info attached does not tell me about a fuse/circuit breaker same for parts.
