please help i have tryed everything...when i flip the breaker and come in here and press sani rinse and heated dry to try to get in diagnosed mode it hasnt worked...does anyone know how else u can get it into hat mode or to reset it?the normal and pots and pan are flashing back and forth right now and sometimes the cancel button works.....please help

You most likely have a bad touchpad assembly, and will need to replace it.

I have attached the technical datat sheet, so you can run the touchpad and diagnostic tests, so you can varify the operation of the machine.
