Hello, I wrote previously and was advised to open the front of the machine and check the pully. It was fine. However when in cycyle it will not agitate nor spin:will pump out, motor will turn, belt intact, can spin by hand, all moves freely. Is there a gear box? electric controll ? how tell difference? Recommendations? Best. Annie
