My washer will not fill with water, I have replaced water inlet valve , the water IS turned on. Without water in the bowl it spins and ejects the water just fine. When I fill the bowl with water say …1/3 of the way up and select “low” it agitates and works just fine , when I adjust the selector to medium or high it will not fill or agitate. I have cleaned out the tube leading to the water level switch and when I blow into the water level switch it starts agitating with or without water in the bowl , but it still will not fill with water. The timer seems to be working…it “ticks” and advances as it always has.

Everything you report says that the water level switch is bad. Replace and see if that does not fix your problem.
