The machine won't drain, I checked the drain hose for blockage, checked the drain port for blockage and found nothing. I have the drain pump off and found water inside the armature casing behind the propeller.

HOW DO I CHECK TO SEE IF THE PUMP IS BAD???

WOULD THE WATER CAUSE IT TO NOT DRAIN???

When I ran it before disassembly water was flowing through the drain hose during the rinse/wash cycle.

Any ideas of what is wrong or how to diagnose it would be greatly appreciated.

Greg,

Did you check the air gap on top of the sink (if there is one)?

Put the drain pump back, put the other end of the drain hose in a bucket and check how it'll drain.

Gene.
