Hello,
Before about a month I noticed that there was no water coming from the water dispenser. After a while I realized that the water was running to the floor.. I found that the water tube was cut just before water pump. As I read in your forum probably it has to do with a excessive temperature caused from a faulty fan or a faulty motherboard is that right?
Can you please tell me what should I check and what parts should I replace?

Petros As I understand this, The water supply tube, going to the water inlet valve, from the water supply is broken or cracked, and leaking , is this correct . If that is the case, it has nothing to do with a fan or motherboard. How long have you had the refrigerator ? Is there enough room around the refrigerator to allow for good / proper air circulation(at least 1/2 inch openning on both sides and top of the unit). Have you checked and cleaned the condenser coil and compressor compartment ?

If the fan weren’t running the refrigerator wouldn’t be cooling because the compressor would overheat. I don't think this is your problem. If the line was broken repair the line. If there is any heat covers on the line make sure they are in place. But you can look at the fan to see if it is running or not (it should be running anytime the compressor is on) and if not you certainly need to get that fixed. Only from the right side it is less than 1/2 inch.. No I haven't checked and cleaned the condenser coil and compressor compartment. After about a week the water tube broke again.. I fixed it but after about a month the tube broke again.. The fun is running but i think slower...

First of all thank you for your reply.
When I realized the problem I also noticed an overheat of the refrigerator's back side, even was the floor..
I removed the broken part of the water tube and then I reconnected it.
After about a week the water tube broke again..
I fixed it but after about a month the tube broke again..
The fun is running but i think slower... Ok then, I still don't know if the broken water tube is going into the water valve or is going from the water valve to the icemaker or water dispenser. If the tube is on the inside of the compressor compartment,it is going out to the component(s). It could be just normal due to age and temps(normal) in the compressor compartment. *Cleaning the coils and compartment of dust and debris will assist in proper air circulation and cooling of internal components.* You may need to replace the water tube, if you've removed most of the slack, and the tube is still brittle, you should replace the tube. As for the condenser fan motor running slow, it is a possibility, in older units a probability,if it appears to be running slow , it probably is,and should be replaced as well. *You should review the web sight that Applianceman attached to his post for more information.
