you need to open the door at the right time to see temp rise or not ... Firstly, try Pot / pans cycle.. first of all, run your hot water for 30-60 seconds and check ultiimate temp of your hot water .. then run the d/w with a water glass on top rack , right side up , empty ( CLOSE SOAP DISPENSER ) do not add detergent.. Run d/w ( remain in the kitchen to listen for dispenser open , wait 12-14 minutes after dispenser opens and check water temp in basin of d/w and compare to water temp in the glass... then cancel program after measurements...

Interesting. I've ordered the 2 temp sensors. I'll replace and go from there. This thread was useful.

will the timer in rinse and hold go all the way around back to the start position. My timer stopped aroung 4 o clock. The bosch shu4002 hangs up and runs forever on the regular cycle.
