My washer sometimes stops during filling, won't advance to the next cycle, or quits in the middle of the cycle. If I push start it starts at the beginning of the wash cycle unless I put it on rinse or spin. It does not pick up where it left off. I had the timer replaced on it about a year ago but it started acting up again after about four months. It has progressively gotten worse. It may complete a whole wash/rinse/spin cycle one time out of five. Do you think it is the timer again or another part?

It sure sounds like it. If you order from this site and it does not repair the problem you can return it, see the returns policy for details on what is required.
