you may be looking at replacing you board, but lets try a couple more things. can you take the screws out from around the door to get inside the door panel?

sorry...disconnect the ribbon cable and the white and black leads at the board

put the ribbon cable back in first, then the white blackplug, see what happens

That was the trick. Pulled ribbon, pulled white/black, reinstalled ribbon then white/black and everything came back to life. :) :) :) Thanks you very much. you are a pro!:D

If it happens again I'd replace the membrane.

You would replace the board, not the membrane
|
